POLARIS RZR HIGH PERFORMANCE CNC CYLINDER HEADS
BC/TPR has developed the ultimate CNC cylinder head package that features maximum flow intake and exhaust port design and combustion chamber enhancements along with complete BC valve train components and high performance camshafts. Each cylinder head includes complete 5 axis CNC porting of the intake and exhaust ports as well as CNC milling of the combustion chamber to equalize burn rate, reduce variance in compression ratio and eliminate potential hot spots in the chamber. BC/TPR offers two different port designs, a small port design featuring +1mm intake and exhaust valves, typically for non stroker applications and a big port with +1mm intake and +3.8mm exhaust valves for the larger displacement stroker engines. learn more |

POLARIS RZR HIGH PERFORMANCE CYLINDER JUG
BC has developed a boost proven cylinder jug for the Polaris RZR XPTurbo (also works on XP1000's) that features o-ringed cylinders and hollow alignment dowels that mate to the cylinder head, all working in conjunction to keep the cylinder head from shifting on the jug at extended boost or rpm levels. BC uses only the XPT cylinder jugs (#3023035) due to their closed deck design for added support and rigidity and .050" taller deck height. This cylinder is available in stock 93mm bore size as well as a +1mm overbore that has been re-Nikasil plated for compatibility purposes. The 94mm bore x 68mm stock stroke = 944cc, if you go with the BC 72.5mm stroker cranks it totals 1006cc displacement. Special Cometic head gasket required to fit the large diameter dowels (BC8290-5).

POLARIS RZR HIGH PERFORMANCE CRANKCASE
The Polaris RZR platform has notorious issues with inadequate oiling resulting in burned up Mag side connecting rods, cam bucket and cam lobe wear as well as other issues related to low oil pressure. This starts with crankcase main journals being out of tolerance, allowing oil to hemorrhage out the lower case half, as well as case half shift while torquing aftermarket ARP main studs with a higher tensile strength than the OE torque to yield bolts. Working closely with King Bearing engineers, BC/TPR has introduced oversize main bearings that allows the "truing" up of the main journals in the crankcase by lineboring them all to 1.750" O.D. This along with shuffle pinning the case halves delivers the ultimate crankcase proven in excess of 550whp. learn more |
