Can-Am Maverick X3 Turbo Camshafts
BC Brian Crower Can-Am Maverick X3 camshafts are brand new, semi finished cam cores that allows the capability to grind unlimited lobe specifications while still maintaining the factory base circle size. Up until this point, the only camshaft options available for the ROTAX 900 ACE were regrinds cut from stock cam cores, which greatly restricts the amount of lift and duration possible due to base circle limitations, or expensive hardfacing or hard welding of stock cam cores. While hardfacing does allow for unlimited spec, you're at the mercy of these "welded up lobes" holding up over time and if they don't, you've got debris in your engine. The Can-Am X3 engine platform is part of the BRP ROTAX 900 ACE family of engines and the Maverick X3 features an intercooled, turbocharged, 900cc, 12-valve, double-overhead-cam, inline triple cylinder that is offered in variety of different horsepower variations. The Advanced Combustion Efficiency (ACE) technology minimizes mechanical friction at the same time that it improves thermodynamic efficiency for optimal engine performance. The 900cc displacement features a a 67.9mm (2.670") stroke, a 74mm (2.910") bore size with a factory 9:1 compression ratio. Since high horsepower, high rpm's and long rides can be hard on drive belts, Can-Am engineered a high performance cooling system for the fully automatic, dual-range, belt-type continuously variable transmission (CVT).

CAN-AM X3 / ROTAX 900 ACE ADJUSTABLE CAM GEARS
Machined from hardened steel alloy and fully compatible with the stock Can-Am timing chain (BC has new Cloyes timing chains also, see below), the BC adjustable cam gears for the ROTAX 900 ACE platform are the perfect way to gain top end or low end torque depending on how you dial in the gear settings. Allows for 10 degrees of advance or retard for both intake and exhaust cams with easy to read indicator marks on hard anodized gold center sections. Fits all Can-Am X3, Sea-Doo 900 ACE and Ski-Doo 900 ACE platforms.

When going with bigger spec cams, you need more fuel. These fuel injectors by Injector Dynamics deliver the most consistent flow rate possible.

The ID1300-XDS is an all new injector, designed in partnership with Bosch Motorsport. This collaboration has given us the ability to design a high flow injector with characteristics specific to the needs of the motorsport tuner. The ID1300 was designed with alternative fuels in mind, and is the only performance injector available with all stainless internals. It is compatible with all known fuels, and will stand up to the corrosive nature of alcohol better than any injector on the market.

The ID1700-XDS was designed to fill the gap between the ID1300-XDS and the ID2600-XDS, and like both, it features corrosion resistant internals making it compatible with all known automotive fuels.If you need flawless drivability on gasoline, the ID1300-XDS will provide this, and is capable of approximately 150hp per injector on E85.

The ID2600-XDS was developed specifically for use with liquid fuels, featuring corrosion resistant internals, and long term compatibility with ethanol and methanol.

The ID2600-XDS has the highest flow rate of any injector offered by Bosch, and flows 50% more than the ID1700x.

The ID2600-XDS benefits from Dual Slope Matching, a method of matching the flow rate in both the linear, and nonlinear operating range, providing better cylinder to cylinder consistency at low pulse widths.
