Yamaha YXZ1000R / Textron Wildcat XX Stroker Kits
The BC stroker kit for the Yamaha YXZ engine platform incorporates a 71mm (+4.8mm) stroke in the OEM crank pin configuration. Depending on bore size that you decide, the BC kit will take you up to a 1071cc with stock 80mm bore or 1125cc with the big bore 82mm configuration. As usual, each BC kit features your choice of custom CP, JE or BME aluminum forged pistons, 5100 series wrist pins (9310 pins available upon request for big HP applications), locks and complete ring pack. Available in any desired bore and compression ratio.
- BC 4340 billet steel crankshaft (71mm stroke).
- BC 4340 ProH2K or Pro Series (ProH625+) connecting rods featuring ARP premium fasteners.
- CP, JE or BME aluminum forged pistons (any bore size, any compression ratio).
- 5100 Series carbon steel alloy wrist pins. 9310 Series pin upgrade avail.
- Ductile iron plasma top rings, tapered second ring, low tension oil rings.
- Fully system balanced and ready to install. (50% deposit required)

Note: Requires Sidewinder oil pump sprocket for operation (#8KJ-13355-00-00). Also requires extensive case clearancing for operation.
Note: Minor case clearancing required for stroker kit. Install kit in crankcase, rotate assembly and use Dremel grinder on areas making contact with rod bolts.

All BC Yamaha YXZ crankshafts are manufactured with the Yamaha Sidewinder oil pump gear which requires installing the smaller diameter Sidewinder oil pump drive gear on your existing oil pump. |

YAmaha yxz / 998 RACE SERIES PERFORMANCE ROD BEARINGS.
New ACL rod bearings for the Yamaha 998 engine (YXZ, SideWinder, Viper, Nytro, Vector, Venture, Viking, VKPro, WaveRunner V1, VK, VX, EX, FJR1300, Rage, Wolverine, etc...) are available exclusively through BC. ACL Race Series performance engine bearings are manufactured to exacting tolerances. Micron tolerance machining supported by precision measurement systems delivers consistent accuracy to key characteristics like wall thickness and crush. A blend of characteristics to provide high strength and excellent seizure resistance with no flash plating applied to further improve bearing retention and maximise heat transfer. Improved bearing retention from higher radial contact pressure with more effective heat dissipation through improved thermal transfer. Bearing Eccentricity Definition: Gradual reduction in wall thickness between the crown and parting line. ACL Race Series performance engine bearings feature increased eccentricity to improve shape adaptation to compensate for bore distortion at high speed operation. Assists in the formation of hydrodynamic oil film.
